Hi Mr Cong,

For the time being the current version of RadGridView for WPF/Silverlight does not support merging cells.
We will do our best to provide such functionality in one of our next releases, however I cannot commit to a specific release date.

Hello Mr Cong,

As I proposed in my previous reply such functionality is not supported out of the box.
I have just found an example in our forums which utilizes some custom approach to achieve this result.
You may find it here. The same approach is applicable in WPF as well.
Hope this helps!
