This is off topic, and does not have to do with directly with your software, but I really like the way you have organized your help, and the ability to have it in html, pdf, or chm. I am looking for a product or means to be able to write documentation once, and have it available via any of the three means. Is this custom software that you guys wrote, or have you bought a product that helps you. Can you share any information that would help me do the same thing with my own product?

Hello Nicholas,
We are using a mixture of our own internal tools and Innovasys Help Studio. We have started from this software and extended it to cover our specific needs.
