Hello,
Based on the image, it looks like the entire Table is duplicated four times, with the same data repeating. I suspect that the Table is placed in the Report's Detail section, and that the Report is bound to the same DataSource that the Table is bound to.
I recommend moving the table to a Group Header or Group Footer.

I have figures out why the data is repeating. The report has a table with a datasource. When I try to take a data field from the datasource and put it on the report. the datasource get assigned to the report and since there are four rows of data the table appears four times. so my question is how can you have control (table, cross tab) that has information like the client name and put the data on the report with out the data repeating. For the table it is pretty easy just draw the table manually but what about a cross tab control where you can not work around.
Thanks

Hi,
Note that the Report's Detail section is repeated for every row in the report's data source. Since the CrossTab and the report are both bound to data (Report.DataSource is set in order to use the fields from the data source outside of the cross tab) and the CrossTab is inside the Detail section it will be repeated (with the headers) for every row in the report's data source.
In order to get rid of the repeating CrossTabs, but having reports DataSource set, I can suggest to move the whole CrossTab item to a report section that doesn't duplicate - such as group headers or footers of a static group.
