Can you please specify which version of Telerik Reporting are you using? In case you are using the old Q1 2007, you can check out the new release -- Q2 2007. It should be available for download in your client.net account.
In case you still experience this problem, please, open a support ticket and send us your project, along with the data if possible, and we will examine it. Also, tell us in which viewer does the problem occur -- WinForms viewer, WebForms viewer, or both.
