Hello Tony,

A possible way to create such a shortcut menu is to use our RadContextMenu control in conjunction with RadGridView. For more information and practical examples on how to implement this you can refer to the Use RadContextMenu with RadGridView documentation article and the following examples:
1) GridView/HeaderContextMenu WPF / Silverlight demo.
2) GridView/RowContextMenu WPF / Silverlight demo.
3) RadContextMenuAndRadGridViewMVVM sdk example.
4) RadContextMenuForRadGridView sdk example.

Although GitHub is a very well-known platform we saw a better and easier approach for reviewing our examples by developing our SDK Samples Browser.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Boris
