Grid loses resized column widths

I have a kendo grid and few actions buttons top of the kendo grid. When I resized the column widths and then mouse over on action button, the grid loses it adjusted widths.

Note : It happens on all the browsers.

I made an example with resizable Grid, action buttons, resize the columns and hover the buttons, but the width of the column stayed the same:

I can assume that there is a custom factor which we are overlooking at this moment. Could you please try to replicate the issue in the Dojo or provide another runnable example, and I will gladly investigate further.
