The kendo grid k-header-column-menu is not loading it is showing square box.. in grid column filter options.

This issue could be due to missing styles.
I tested the column menu functionality in the following Dojo:
https://dojo.telerik.com/@gdenchev/apoXILEb
However, all of the icons seem to be showing. Could you present me with a dojo sample where the problem can be observed? I should be able to provide you with additional information afterwards.
