Grid doesn't load local data

I am using Kendo UI for Jquery.

I have a grid and a local array as a datasource. The grid is showing, but the data inside is not.  

I searched aroud and I can't find what's wrong.

Hello, Sviluppo,

Please move the dataSource declaration before the Grid initialization. When the widget is created, the code for the dataSource is not yet executed so there is no data for the Grid. Here is the modified example.
