Thanks for the reply, I have tried this but no luck.

all my binaries are from the fresh directory

C:\Users\Rahul Singh\AppData\Roaming\Telerik\Updates\RadControls_for_WPF35_2010_3_1314_Trial_hotfix\Binaries\WPF\Telerik.Windows.Controls.Input.dll

Unfortunately, this issue is still not addressed.
As my colleague Panayot said, the only current known workaround is to delete the design assemblies.
