Grid Column Menu not Working in All IE versions

I am having trouble with the Grid Column Menu Filter and Columns button not popping the menu in all versions of IE. I have seen bug reports for jquery version but I am using straight angular 7 (no jquery). Wondering if I am missing something or maybe I need to update my progress versions?

Indeed, we are aware of such an unexpected behavior. That is why there currently is a logged issue in our public Github repository, which can be tracked at the following link:

https://github.com/telerik/kendo-angular/issues/2243 

As a workaround, version 7.2.7 or below of the @angular/animations package can be used. For more information check the Angular Change log for version 7.2.8 :
