I'm intersted in a functionality like autoFilter in excel. I know that it exists for other grid vendors (named header filter), but I was unable to find it in your Grid. I saw the google like grid example which is very similar to what we need, but we need to have the filter based on all the colmuns filter and not only one by one. Maybe someone already implemented this functionlity in this grid ?

Hello Assaf,
To see more information on another possible approach, please refer to this article. You can set the filter expression directly for the whole control (RadGrid1.MasterTableView.FilterExpression), or use the fireCommand method to filter on per-column basis.
