Exists any way to update only one row of a radgrid.
I've added a new column to include the percentage of completed of a process that take some minutes.
I could not find the solution for this problem.
Please, I am very new with telerik if someone could help me with a link or an example !!!

There are many ways to accomplish Automatic CRUD operations when using the RadGrid control. The rich set of demos for the RadGrid are located here and the full source code is provided.
One demo that appears to be a good fit for your requirement is the Grid/Client-Side Insert/Update/Delete demo.
