When you change the image of a radButtonElement on a ribbonBar, the text does not get pushed over, resulting in the picture appearing behind the text. The only current alternative is to add spaces in front of the text.

In fact, this is the default behavior of the RadButtonElement, not only when it is in the ribbon bar. The layout relation between text and image in the RadButton is controlled by the TextImageRelation property which is by default set to Overlay. You can set the property to any other value of TextImageRelation enumeration.
