The gantt chart seems to render slower when a shadow is displayed, is there a way to stop this? I need to display the shadow as otherwise the bars look as if they are different widths. Also, the chart takes about 3 secs to render, what's the best approach to take to speed it up?

Hi Mary,
The shadows require additional processing and may lead to performance issues, especially if there are lots of ChartSeriesItems. You can increase the speed by setting the Blur to 0. This will reduce the calculations and you will keep the shadows.
