Thank you for your interest in our products.
Most of our ASP.NET controls support RTL languages already. Actually, Telerik was the first component vendor to provide such support several years ago. You can find more information on the ASP.NET Right-to-Left Support page.
As to the WinForms suite, we are constantly expanding the Right-to-Left language support. The WinForms suite is newer than ASP.NET and we are still working on full RTL support for our controls. You can help us with your feedback on which controls you would like to use in RTL scenarios - this will help us further on the development of this task.
