Hello Scott,
In case you need to display a hard coded string in the text and not a value from the report's data source you may consider using a special characters and new lines to make it looks like a bulleted list:
• aaaa
• bbbb
• ...
In case you need to display some data from the data source in a bulleted list you may consider using a combination of a picture box and a text box, or a text box with a special formatting string that starts with the bullet character like this:
• {0}
