How can I format the parameters area on the top of a report?

Hi Bryan,
What is the report viewer you're using as each report viewer is part of the respective viewer. For ASP.NET and Windows forms viewers, you would have to create your own UI in order to customize or format anything, for Silverlight and WPF viewer, you can edit the Silverlight/WPF template (see Creating Style in Expression Blend for more information on editing the template) and modify the parameters area per your needs.
