It didnt Work.
I have
Even Disabled all the Web.config sections to ensure whether the error gets clear
But it showed the Same error.

Actually The Problem started after i register the Rad script manager.
Also  am using Windows Vista which already caused problem in IIS7 and so on.
So We cant blame Microsoft for that.
