Footer Wraps and Looks Bad

Is there any way to implement a "Pager Template" so that it could still show everything in the "NextPrevNumericAndAdvanced" but take up two rows so that when you have a smaller grid it still looks good? Currently if a grid is a little too small the items wrap in a strange way and it does not look very good. Otherwise you have to make your columns way bigger than they need to be just to get the pager looking good.

You can implement a custom pager template, to cater for this functionality.
This example shows one possible implementation.

Worked great! Had to modify it because there were several user controls on the page with grids that I wanted this implemented on but after the mods it is working perfectly. Thanks!
