I suspect the answer is no but is there a way to flip the axis of the chart so that the column headers render down the left hand side instead of across the top?

Thanks,

Hello Chris,

Could you please elaborate a bit more on what do you want to achieve? A sample image demonstrating the result will help us support you better.

"Standard-Layout.png" shows the headers at the top and "Desired-Layout.png" shows the headers on the left hand side which is what I have been asked to implement.

Is it possible to use the GridView control to render data in this way?

Hi Chris,

Based on the information provided I think that RadPivotGrid is what you need.  Please refer to this forum post for more information on the matter.

Evgenia,

Unfortunately your response contains a link which broadly alludes to a RadPivotGrid control being available in the future.
Could you then confirm the following for me:

1.) Does this control exist in the current code release for WPF?
2.) If it doesn't - is there a specific timeframe for its release into the Telerik WPF stack?
3.) If point 2 is true then is there a recommended way/solution for solving this sort of a problem with a telerik Rad Grid Control?

Best Regards,

Hi,

I am on of the people that are working on our upcoming RadPivotGrid control. The control is not official yet but I could add you to our CTP program which will give you access to our CTP bits.

Currently there is no concrete timeframe for the realse of RadPivotGrif for WPF but we will try to push a Beta release by the end of the year.

As far as RadGridView is conserned, you can get something like a pivot behavior by transposing your data as described here. As far as I can see, you do not have aggregated data so using a pivot for this scenario might be an overkill.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Hi, I'm very interested in using the RadPivotGrid.  Is it possible to be added into the CTP program as well?

Cheers

Hello,

You can download our controls for WPF (2012.2.725 - SP1) as the RadPivotGrid is part of them. You may also check our latest internal builds, because we are trying to provide new features of the RadPivotGrid and to include them in these builds.
More information how to use RadPivotGrid can be found in our online demos here.
