I see the RadGrid have Filter feature for every column. Sometimes I want a filter feature like Excel. It means the filter dropdown menu only show those distinct value instead of filter expression. Whether the RagGrid implement the feature?

Check the following code library which explains excel like filter functionality. http://www.telerik.com/community/code-library/aspnet-ajax/general/excel-like-auto-filter-with-radgrid-radmenu-and-radajax.aspx.
Aditionally you can use filter templates and enable dropdown filters for GridBoundColumns and GridTemplateColumns declaratively. More information can be found at this demo.
