Fieldset is not rendered when hidden fields are shown

I have a Fieldset, and the fieldset has some fields which are hidden. When a check box is checked, the hidden fields show up. Now when the hidden fields show up, the fieldset is rendering well in Firefox and Chrome. But the problem is totally with IE (7,8). Please see the image attached to get a better idea.

Hello Georgi,
The controls that are being loaded are just being loaded using javascript, say by changing the visibility attribute. I tried doing it exactly as the article said. But nothing worked out. Please let me know if there is any other way to get around with this?
