Failed to create designer

Hi

I built source code RadControls_for_ASP.NET_AJAX_2008_1_619_Source. I got the dlls Telerik.Web.UI.dll(2008.1.619.0) and Telerik.Charting.dll(2.0.2.0). When i tried to use these dlls i got the following errors:

"Failed to create designer 'System.Windows.Forms.Design.ComponentDocumentDesigner, System.Design, version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,Publickey token = b03f5f7f11d50a3a"

"Duplicate component name 'RadPanelBar1'. Component names must be unique and case-insensitive"

I don't know the reason why the error arises. Pls help me.

This seems like a problem of the page, but not the build? Do you have two controls with the same ID?

No,  I am not have two controls with same id. I checked it.
Any other reason. Pls help me
