Hi there

I was wondering if it was possible to use jQuery to enable the fade transition effect as used in the classic radrotator?

Thanks
Hugh

Hi Hugh,

This functionality is implemented in the latest ASP.NET AJAX version of the control. You can test it on this online demo by setting the following properties :

  • RotatorType = SlideShow
  • SlideShowAnimation-Type=Fade

You could also control the animation duration by using the SlideShowAnimation-Duration property.

I hope this helps.

Hi Richard,

The "easing" effect does not exist in the RadRotator. We implemented only two animation types in the RadRotator control - Fade and Pulse and you could use one of them.
