and telerik:RadAsyncUpload or telerik:RadBinaryImage ,
here i attached my code.
I am facing at the time of insert this problem
Unable to cast object of type 'System.Drawing.Bitmap' to type 'System.Byte[]'.
Please help me.

Hi Rohit,
I would suggest you to follow the approach provided in the online example below for uploading new image using RadAsyncUpload in RadGrid.

Give it a try and let me know if the presented error appear.
