I have a need to extend the radListBox control to add some custom paging and filtering to it to improve performance (I am potentially loading several thousand rows into the list). I've tried creating a custom control based on the radListBox but have run into various issues.
Can someone point me to a good example of extending the radListBox control or a control that is similar to it? I've looked with not much luck.

Hello Trent,
Since we haven't got such an example, could you clarify what exactly is the implementation of your custom filtering and paging. What are the issues that you are facing?
Regarding the paging , we are adding load on demand and virtual scrolling functionality to the ListBox in the upcoming Q1 release.

Thanks for responding, but I ended up designing around it. I'll be looking forward to virtual scrolling and load on demand!
