RadGantt can import MS Project data out of the box. The following help article explains how this can be done:

Exporting to MS Project however is not supported, due to the complexity of the format. What we advise is to use a third party solution, which guarantees the exported files are fully functional. For instance the Microsoft interop assemblies: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/15s06t57.aspx
You can find examples on how you can export a file using these assemblies on the MSDN website.
