We have a problem with a report when exporting to PDF. For some reason a chart is split over 2 pages when exporting. The problem only occurs at the production server. If we export the report locally there aren't any problems.
I attached some screenshots with the problem.
Specifications
Iss (v7.5.6) is on both systems the same.
We used a copy of the productiondatabase so that can't be the problem.

Hello Sodi,
Thank you for the provided information. However from the screenshots it seems that the data is very different since the bars have different values. Furthermore we do not know what your implementation is and we are not able to reproduce the issue at our end. Please have in mind that you might be using different versions of Telerik Reporting on the machines or the config file may have some parameters set for the PDF export. Therefore we will need some additional information about the project.
Please also note that if you are using the old Chart item it will be best if you start using the new Graph item, since the Chart is now obsolete and will not be developed in the future. You can upgrade your report to use the Graph item and check if the issue persists.

Dear,
as mentioned the data is a exact copy of productiondata. The only that is different is the operating system that is running on the server.
All other parameters are exact the same!
The export to pdf is perfect when the webserver is a Windows 7. It is wrong when it is a Windows Server 2008. Also tested on a windows server 2003 webserver. Here also the export is incorrect.

Hi Sodi,
Based on the screenshots the data loaded into the report does not look the same - the value for the first data point(column) is different. Thus we cannot determine if the X axis is not expanded with more than the three slots visible on the local.jpg. In addition there seems to be a difference in the used resolution.
Please test to create the same chart with the new Graph item and pass the exact same records of data on both test machines.
If you need further help, please send us a sample project, including test data, that reproduces the described problem.
