Hello Vlad:

We need that the user manipulate with filters and columns the GridView and when he want to print he can see the GridView as he has it in screen but in a report with all the characteristics of navigation, export, etc of one Telerik Report in viewer of Telerik Report.

 I'm afraid that we don't have such feature. The only option I can suggest you is to use Telerik Reporting if you want to have reporting features like navigation, drill-down, export, etc.
