I just published a proof of concept showing live data within Telerik Reporting(Demo) Viewer. What I can't figure out is why the exporting function (pdf, tiff, Excel, etc.) as well as the printing function do not work? Are these functions available in the full version?

Hello Sasa,
Can you provide more info on your proof of concept project and share what exactly you refer as "live data"? How do you try to export/print and do you get any errors? Any additional information would be highly appreciated.
Kind regards,

Hi Steve,
By live data I am referring to the data that is being displayed from my database tables. That part works as expected - what I am unable to do is export that data as a pdf file or any other listed file format. Also, the print button does not work... I was wondering if all of the functions in the report viewer work in the demo.

Hello Sasa,
The Reporting demos are available online as well here - http://www.telerik.com/demos/reporting/Reporting/Examples/Default/DefaultCS.aspx
You can test it directly from your browser and verify that both printing and exporting works as expected.
Since I've noticed that you are using website - make sure that your report is not placed directly in it. The correct thing as per our best practices help article is to have the report in a separate class library that is referenced by your application.

Hi Steve,
I have tried it all on a different computer and both export and printing functions work. It turns out that the computer that I have initially tested it on is messed up and needs to be reimaged.
Thanks on your help,
Sasa
