Hi,

It seems that the scroll wheel is not working for first time. i can't scroll the mouse to move the scrollbar.

Andalso, how to make filter files working?

the problem is, after clear filter then scroll mouse work .. Am I missing something?

Can I change this control width?

Thank you for the updates. 

I was able to replicate the described behavior and I have logged it in our feedback portal, where you can track its progress: FileDialogs: Filtering does not work when the ExplorerControl is shown in an excel addin project. I have also added some telerik points to your account as a thank you for bringing this to our attention. 

I am afraid that for the time being, I cannot suggest a workaround for the scenario as it is related to internal functionality of the control. I do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Hello Khanh,

Thank you for the shared image. 

You can set the Layout property of the ExplorerControl to Details in order to scroll through the items with the mouse wheel. I also tested the search functionality and it works as intended on my end (you can find a gif file attached showing my tests). 

As for increasing the width of the breadcrumb, you can do that by setting a lower width for the FileDialogSearchPane through an implicit style as the two share space. I have demonstrated this in the shared sample project along with setting the Details property of the ExplorerControl.

Thank you. using details property fixed my first problem.

My second problem  still exists (it doesn't expose any views.) . I will come back later.

Hello Khanh, 

I tested the scenario in a sample application, however I was not able to replicate the same result. I am attaching the sample project that I used along with a gif showing my test. 

Is the behavior shown in the video only reproducible in an excel add-in project? Can you also let me know which version of the UI for WPF dlls you are using? This will hopefully allow me to investigate the scenario further and better assist you.

maybe it has problems in office environment in general or excel in particular.

I am using Telerik 2021 version.

Hi,

I forgot to say, the gif I provided is your project not the office project.

When I put this folder in my desktop your sample doesn't work as expected. but after switching to another drive (D,E) it works again.

Strange but it not important with me now, I hope you can check filter-able first!
