ExcelML Line Breaks

There are a few old threads up here - one from 2008 or 2009 stating that the RadGrid ExcelML export does not support line break characters.  Is this still the case?

I have a few cells that have line breaks I would like to bring through the ExcelML export - and have tried several approaches, but no luck.

Is this still an unsupported scenario?

Hi Princy - thanks for the reply.

I did work through that thread before making my post.  

Unfortunately injecting &#10;, Environment.NewLine, \r\n, etc in place of say a <br /> - does not create the line break in ExcelML.  I added the ExcelMLExportStylesCreated and ExcelMLExportRowCreated events, and created a ss:WrapText = "1" style - and then applied to my columns.  This lets the lines wrap, but examining the data there are not proper line breaks in the cells despite my best efforts.

I saw another post where one of the Telerik Admins claimed line breaks are not supported in ExcelML...  I am thinking this may be correct.

Hello Dan,

I prepared a small sample which demonstrates how to add a new line when exporting to Excel. Please give it a try and let me know about the result.
