Error old version when run report on web

Hi all,

When I run telerik report on Telerik Reporting Designer, report run normally. But when I run it on web by HTML5 Report Viewer then error as attach picture. Plesae help to correct it.

Hello Tien,

The error message indicates that the Report Viewer and Reporting REST Service version is older than the version of the Report Designer used to create the report definition. Based on the XML schema, the report is with version R2 2023 (17.1.23.606) - see its upgrade path.

I recommend upgrading the viewer and the service to the same version.

Alternatively, you may change the report schema to correspond to the version of the service as suggested in the KB article Open reports created with a newer version of the Standalone Report Designer.
