Hi, when I'm trying to use the file ProductDetails.ascx.cs, as an example, this occurs below the error, which would be?

It seems that the problem comes from having a different version of Telerik.Web.UI in the GAC but I will need some more information about the problem in order to  be able to help. Would you please provide the following information:

1. When you open the demos, do you receive the error only for this online demo or for all the demos, too?
2. Does the problem occur when you want to use the demo in a separate project or it occurs when opening the solution of our demos?
3. Please provide a detailed explanation of your actions - what exactly you do, can you initially run the project, is the error thrown after you perform some actions on the page or at compilation time?

R: Yes, in the separte project.

R: I can compile the project without any problems. The error described in another example, this occurs when I try to access the page of my project that has this example. The Framework version of the project is 3.5, do not know if I need to add some information WebConfig in order to function. The error occurs only in productdetails_ascx, where the message appears: FrameworkInitialize () ': no suitable method found to override

Hi Silderado,

Thank you for providing these additional details. The ProductDetails.ascx does not contain any RadControls and it is strange that the problem occurs with it.

What I can suggest is to go through the following steps:

1. Make sure that you use the Telerik.Web.UI.dll which is for .NET 3.5 and not the dll for .NET 2.0. Your dll should end with 35, not with 20,  e.g.  you should use the 2008.2.1001.35 version instead of 2008.2.1001.20.
2. Browse to the project's bin folder and check whether there is a Telerik.Web.UI.dll.refresh file. If so, please delete it and try to run the project again.

In case my suggestions do not help, please prepare a sample reproduction project, open a new support tickte and send it to me along with some screenshots of the problem.
