Hello,

Could you please check the following behavior and suggest how to fix it?

Scenario:

  1. Add Japanese IME to have a possibility to enter EM (full-width) space;
  2. Open the design tab, start a new line from EM space, add a few symbols;
  3. Switch to the HTML tab.

Expected behavior:

EM space is converted to

Actual behavior:

EM space is removed

Please take a look at the reproducing scenario on the demo page: http://screencast.com/t/o8JwCGrj

Hi,

Can you try whether the same would happen with the plain editable element in this JS Bin—https://jsbin.com/tojepenuqu/edit?html,output? If the same behavior appears, this is most probably due to browser behavior. If this is so, I am afraid to say that this cannot be handled by RadEditor.

Hi ,

Thank you for the update. I have tested this in JS Bin and it doesn't remove the EM space. Please take a look at this screenshot - http://screencast.com/t/MtevfZdx

Please let me know if I can fix it somehow at my end. I look forward to your reply.

Regards,

Viktor
