ElementName Binding in CellStyle or Cell Template

Hi,

I am trying to do a ElementName binding in CellTemplate, however when I follow the solution on this page

The example code doesn't work. 

Can you take a look?

Hi Alvin,

Please, excuse us for the inconvenience. Unfortunately this approach seems to work with Silverlight only. Would you please shed some more light on you scenario, so that we could find an alternative approach?
