According to the page here : http://www.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/tech-sheets/browser-support Edge is a supported browser but the RadComboBox controls are not being displayed correctly for me and my users. See attached.
What is the issue here?

Yes, the suite supports Microsoft Edge. Are you able to reproduce the problem in the following demo: Selection with Checkboxes?
If the problem is not reproducible upgrade the version of components to the latest one in your project.
If the problem is reproducible on the demos, check for errors and not loaded css/JS files. Check also whether the browser is not rendering the page in a compatibility mode, which is not supported.

No, they seem to display correctly.
The application project was created in VS 2015 and the template was blank Telerik Application.
I know for IE I had to switch off Compatibility mode, is there a similar setting for Edge?
Where could I check to see if this is a CSS issue?
Load the page, open the Edge Dev toolbar and check whether the user agent string is different from Microsoft Edge (Default). If it's different you are running the app in compat mode and you can find more details in this articles:

As to the CSS issue check: using the Dev toolbar you can inspect what CSS classes and files are loaded and applied to the combobox elements.

We are currently using Telerik R3 2020.3.915.45 with .NetFramework 4.8 .
We are Testing for Microsoft Edge Browser Version -90.0.818.42 (64-bit)(Chromium) and
Internet Explorer - IE11(<add name="X-UA-Compatible" value="IE=EmulateIE11" />).

If you are unable to resolve it and if it persists with the very latest version 2021.1.330, please open a support ticket and provide a simple runnable project which demonstrates the problem.

I am working on Telerik RadEditor control but it is not working in IE11 although it is working fine in IE8.
Below tag, I am using to work with IE7 and IE8 and It works.

The Namespace="Telerik.WebControls" Assembly="RadEditor.Net2" control declaration is for RadEditor.Net2.dll representing the Classic RadEditor part of RadControls for ASP.NET, but not for RadEditor for ASP.NET AJAX (part of the Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX suite distributed by the Telerik.Web.UI.dll assembly).
Please make sure that you are using RadEditor for ASP.NET AJAX in your app, since RadEditor Classic does not support any of the modern browsers because it is discontinued since 2009. Check out this article: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/controls/editor/changes-and-backwards-compatibility/migration-from-radeditor-classic-to-radeditor-for-asp.net-ajax.
Most likely the classic editor works fine in IE8 since it does support it. You can temporarily fix the issue by forcing the page in IE8 mode with a meta tag:
