Dropdown with autocomplete and drilldown tree

I'm looking to emulate the following:

https://online.epocrates.com/home

Type in 'amoxicillin' in the search box, and you'll notice several results return in a dropdown format. Even cooler, some of them have an arrow to their left, which when clicked, displays more results related to that keyword.

Can I do this with this control? Any ideas how?
