The Upload component shows the drop zone when using Microsoft's Edge browser, but that browser does not currently support file drag and drop.  It seems like kendo.upload.js._supportsDrop should account for that.

Hello Brad,

We are aware of this behavior and it is due to a bug in Microsoft Edge, in which drag and drop events are not fired. It has been reported to Microsoft two months ago, but a fix is still not available.

Has a fix for this been implemented yet? As I am also struggling with this issue.

Thanks,

Hello Mark,

As stated previously this is caused by a bug in the browser. It is marked as fixed, but if you are still experiencing it, you could post your report here:
