Hi,
I actually use the version 2015.1.225.45 of Telerik and I would like to know if it's possible to have a drawing tool with the control?

Hello Alain,
The Drawing Tool comes out-of-the-box with the RadImageEditor control. You could find the information about how to use it along with examples in our documentation article on the matter.
