Hello guys.
We developed ten years ago a report component to create our own reports.
There we give the option to our client to organize the fields by drag and drop. The client is able to place the field wherever they want.
Is it possible in Telerik?

What you've shown in the attached screenshot is usually referred to as end-user designer i.e. a designer that non developers can use to create a report, without having to install Visual Studio and learn the IDE.
Unfortunately we currently don’t have this functionality, however this is in our TODO list of features and once we start working on it, the Reporting RoadMap would be updated accordingly.
