Hi Sumither,
In order to attach a DOM event handler to the RadSplitter's element you can use AJAX Framework's standard method $addHandler().
You can get reference to the RadSplitter DOM element using its getContainerElement() client-side method. More detailed information regarding RadSplitter client-side API is available in the following help article:
