Hello Negin,
The current chart item in Telerik Reporting does not support this functionality. We already had this request from several users and would do our best to include it for subsequent version of the product.

Is drill down support for Charts on the product road map? If so do you have an approximate time frame for release?

Our brand new report item: Graph will support interactive features including Drill Down. We introduced the Graph item in Q1 2013. Currently it is tagged as beta as it lacks proper user documentation (except programming API). However, the standalone Report Designer has plenty of tools which help you design various charts using the data from the real data source.
Our current plans are to add interactivity support for the next major release - Q2 2013.

Has Drill Through functionality been added to the Graphing report object?

We have added drill-through, drill-down and navigate to URL interactivity to the Graph item in Q2 2013.

Have you tried the new visualization options in Telerik Reporting Q2 2013? You can get them from your account.
