Does Telerik have 'Ajax control toolkit'

Well, our controls suite for ASP.NET AJAX are the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX.

If you explain in more details what do you need, we may suggest an implementation with our controls.

Thank you for your reply.
I should be able to build a web page with drag and drop capability of components (like Radtextbox etc) i.e., the user should be able to drag a component like textbox and drop it onto a table. And also I want to reorder a list without postback by dragging and dropping a row.

For reordering a list, please refer to:

RadTreeView demo (you can drag and reorder items in each treeview control or between the two controls)

RadGrid demo  (try reordering the rows of the left RadGrid control)
