Do not want ajax post back via Item_Command

I want just a hyperlink or a button in the first column which has loaded the URL via Javascript:window.open.  We have noticed with 4 grids on the page the postback eats up too much time on a postback.

You can check out the following demo link which explains on how to open a window on clicking a hyperlink in a column in the grid. In the example the hyperlink is accessed and a javascript function is added to its onClick attribute of which inturn opens a window on the client.
