I have deployed some reports to my production server, all was going well until i ran the reports first the date fields did not display the calendar icon, then the field that is a drop down as another filter to another table is empy and a red icon is shown and showing Invalid Value. I have deployed the dll from my project and the objects from the reporting /bin. Is there anything else i need to deploy for the report to display correct and run?

Many Thanks

Mark

Hi Mark,

Step by step instructions on deploying your web app/site are available in this KB article. If your data is missing, the first thing you should check is the connectionString of your dataAdapters and make sure that you're properly connecting to your database and retrieving data.

Best wishes,

Hi thanks for the reply i have followed this, but nothing changed. I did realise that i use using a external facing ip address and changed this but it made no difference

In terms of this statement "Set the appropriate virtual directories and permissions to the folder."  are there specific telerik directories that need to be set?

Hello Mark,

There is nothing special about deploying apps/sites containing our products and that is the reason we have not included details on this part, which is thoroughly described in msdn.
As for the connection string - I've already answered your other forum thread on the matter.
