whether it is required to install the telerik reporting tool and teleric rad controls tool in client side for displaying charts and printing of reports.

Hi adil ahmad,
The short answer to both inquiries is no - nothing should be installed on client machine in order to view reports in your web site/application.

What kind of question is that? Desktop applications work on the machine the client is using (i.e. not served from a server), so clearly if your application uses any 3rd party assemblies, they should be available or your app would not work.
