my question is, i have a kendo DateTimePicker inside Usercontrol. I call that user control and everything looks fine but if i place that Usercontrol inside UpdatePanel the styles are not loaded and the DatePicker doesn't work

Hello Bruno,
Most probably the widget is not initialized properly or the widget is initialized multiple times. Since you have not shared any code I would suggest you to check the troubleshooting guide. Also the following question might be of help.
