After scrolling the window datetimepicker trigger close event immediately after open http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/web/datetimepicker/index.html

Hello Jakub,

The described problem is a known issue, which is already addressed in the latest internal build of Kendo UI. Check this thread for more information about the issue.
