custom theme for docking manager

Would you please help me create a custom theme for the Telerik dockingManager?
I have placed a radThemeManager on the form. But how do I create the theme?

You could create a custom theme for RadDockingManager by using the Visual Style Builder application, which is included in the Telerik RadControls package.

I can create custom themes for the RadDockingManager but don't know how to change the Left or Right Docking Panel Area for the AutoHide Items

Which Control do I load in the Visual Styles Builder to do this?

Unfortunately, RadDocking does not support changing the theme of RadTabStrip for auto hide panels by using VisualStyleBuilder. Please excuse us for inconvenience
